After the Delta Bridge Project funded a $30,000 feasibility study, a local investor group came together to finance a 40-million gallon bio-diesel plant that is expected to begin operations in the summer of 2007. Eventually, this investment will create over 50 jobs in the local economy and stimulate value-added agricultural production in Phillips County.
